GSP# 16 CS: Marriage when
One lady visited for knowing her son's marriage probability. His birth details are 06 September 1986 12:50 pm, place long. 72°50' lat.19°08'
As per our four step theory the marriage rule is if 7 Cuspal sub lord signifies 2,5,7,8,11 then marriage is promised.
In his birth chart 7 CSL is mercury

Mercury signifies 7, 11 but on 3rd & 4th step it signifies 4,10,12 total negation for marriage. So CSL mercury will not give marriage in life.
Therefore for confirming 7 CSL I decided to check RP on 27 July 2014 at 15:05 Goregaon, Mumbai; RP blessed me was LS - Saturn, L - Mars, S - Saturn, R - Moon, D - Sun
Thus 7 sub lord Mercury was not in RP whereas Saturn was star lord in RP hence considered as 7 CSL. Also today 22/03/2019 23:36 Saturn is in RP as LS.

Here 7 CSL is connected to 5(love affair), 9 (supportive to 5 i.e. 5th from 5th house) means possibility of love marriage also there (Saturn relates with Venus and Mars). For confirming love marriage I checked 5 CSL, it is Rahu but Mars was in RP hence considered 5 sub lord.

Saturn significators seen earlier, Saturn signifies 2, 3, 5, 9 is favourable. But due to fixed sign ascendent I skipped this Antara.

I informed her that it will be the love Marriage only (all DBA lords also strongly signifies 5, 9).
