GSP# 22 CS: necessity of correct birth details.
One lady staying near my residence area visited to me to know her elder sister’s marriage probability. She gave her birth details as 05/04/1980 time 02:20 am, Mumbai.
I judged this query on 21/02/2013 at 19:59 Place Goregaon, Mumbai; RP blessed me was L-Sun, S-Rahu, R-Mercury, D-Jupiter.
As per Four step theory the KP rule is if 7 cuspal sub lord signifies amongst 2, 5, 7, 8, 11 then marriage is promised.
In her chart 7 cuspal sub lord is Mercury which was in RP hence considered the same.
PLANET = MERCURY
Itself Mercury – 8, 3, 12
It's NL Jupiter -- (1), (6), 9
It's SL Saturn -- (2), 7, 8
It's Sub's NL Sun -- (9), 2
Mercury signifies 2, 9(engagement) on fourth step confirms marriage is promised.
Then I started checking for DBA. But before I go further for casting the chart and confirming DBA, natives sister’s cell phone rang. She attended the phone and immediately asked me to hold and apologized for giving wrong time of birth as 2:20 am. In actual It was 2:20 pm. Thus afterwards I rechecked the query with the actual birth timing.
7 cuspal sub lord is again Mercury only which was in RP, but it signifies as follows;

Mercury signifies only 1, 6 strongly which indicates marriage is not promised. Accordingly I informed her that I am sorry but marriage is not possible in your sister’s life. She went back with off mood. As of now her sister is unmarried.
Here we can learn that if we receive wrong date or time then our prediction will definitely fail however if given date and timing is perfect then we will get the correct result which is as per the KP rules.
